Gregg Wolin has been active in the real
estate business since before graduating from the University of Arizona in
1990. The early years of Mr.
Wolin’s career were spent in southern California consulting on a wide variety
of properties for a primarily institutional and legal clientele. This practice expanded into contract
underwriting and investor due diligence for bulk real estate purchases. After returning to Arizona in 1997, Mr.
Wolin served as an economic advisor to institutions, large landowners and
residential developers; this experience served as the catalyst for Mr. Wolin’s
decision to leave his consulting practice in 1999 to co-found INCA Capital (a
real estate investment firm) with Arizona homebuilding veteran, William
Cleverly.
Between 1999 and 2005, INCA Capital executed
50 residential lot-banking transactions with a gross capitalization of just
over $500 Million. Between 2002
and 2008, INCA also participated in the acquisition and entitlement of more
than 13,000 residential lots, approximately half of which were sold prior to
2009 generating net revenues exceeding $70 Million. In his roll as Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Wolin managed
all aspects of INCA’s investment activities including economic analysis,
transaction underwriting & structure, syndication, borrowing, closing and
asset management.
