Gregg N. Wolin, CCIM

Gregg Wolin has been active in the real estate business since before graduating from the University of Arizona in 1990.  The early years of Mr. Wolin’s career were spent in southern California consulting on a wide variety of properties for a primarily institutional and legal clientele.  This practice expanded into contract underwriting and investor due diligence for bulk real estate purchases.  After returning to Arizona in 1997, Mr. Wolin served as an economic advisor to institutions, large landowners and residential developers; this experience served as the catalyst for Mr. Wolin’s decision to leave his consulting practice in 1999 to co-found INCA Capital (a real estate investment firm) with Arizona homebuilding veteran, William Cleverly.

Between 1999 and 2005, INCA Capital executed 50 residential lot-banking transactions with a gross capitalization of just over $500 Million.  Between 2002 and 2008, INCA also participated in the acquisition and entitlement of more than 13,000 residential lots, approximately half of which were sold prior to 2009 generating net revenues exceeding $70 Million.  In his roll as Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Wolin managed all aspects of INCA’s investment activities including economic analysis, transaction underwriting & structure, syndication, borrowing, closing and asset management. 

Mr. Wolin will be accepting a limited number of consulting assignments for select clientele in Arizona, California and Nevada involving:

Mr. Wolin is a member of the Lambda Alpha International land economics society, the Urban Land Institute holds the CCIM designation.  He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Federation of Greater Phoenix and is the Treasurer of the Pardes Jewish Day School and a member of its Board of Trustees.
